The ADGA Annual Meeting and Convention is held in October or November and attracts between 300 and 500 dairy goat breeders, enthusiasts, and veterinarians from across the USA, Canada, and additional countries. This an excellent venue for showcasing your business to a highly-invested audience.

Sponsorships make attendance more affordable, expand your business’s reach, and provide high-quality educational seminars and programming for attendees. Historically, attendees have continued supporting businesses that have chosen to be a sponsor of the ADGA Annual Meeting and Convention, so the benefits of sponsorship extend well beyond the week-long event.

Annual Convention Sponsor Levels & Benefits

Corporate Sponsors are featured above all other Annual Convention sponsors. May help fund multiple events and programs such as ADGA Goat Milk Cheese Competition and ADGA Goat Milk Bath & Body Products Competition.
Includes:

  • Prominent exhibit space in the vendor area w/ up to three complimentary vendor tables
  • Complimentary tickets to the Products Reception and Spotlight Sale banquet and event
  • Full page advertising in all print and online materials
  • Promotional material in Registration packet

Founding Sponsors may help fund Welcome Dinner, Products Reception, Spotlight Sale Reception or Youth Banquet

Includes:

  • Prominent exhibit space in the vendor area w/ up to three complimentary vendor tables
  • Complimentary tickets to the Products Reception
  • Half page advertising in all print and online materials
  • Promotional material in Registration packet

One sponsor will be selected to have their name on the sleeve of the Convention Shirt for 2025. Sponsorship must be submitted by July 1.

The sponsor can decide if they want to include:

  • Prominent exhibit space in the vendor area with up to two complimentary vendor tables
  • Complimentary tickets one of the banquets
  • Quarter Page advertising in all print and online materials
  • Promotional material in Registration packet

Helps fund programming & events. May fund or share funding with other sponsors for banquets & receptions.

  • Quarter-page advertising in all print and online materials
