The ADGA Annual Meeting and Convention is held in October or November and attracts between 300 and 500 dairy goat breeders, enthusiasts and veterinarians from across the USA, Canada and additional countries. This an excellent venue for showcasing your business to a highly-invested audience.

Annual Convention Sponsor Levels & Benefits

Corporate Sponsor ($4,000 – Above)

Corporate Sponsors are featured above all other sponsors and would fund multiple events including the ADGA Goat Milk Cheese Competition and ADGA Goat Milk Bath & Body Products Competition, convention name lanyards and programs.
Includes:

  • Prominent exhibit space in a TBD area with up to three complimentary vendor tables
  • A full-page space on inside front or outside back cover of programs
  • Name & Logo printed on tote bags given to all attendees
  • Company banner installed in a specified area
  • Company logo and website link on convention website
  • Registration badge giving access to vendor, hospitality and Spotlight Sale areas
  • TBD # tickets to the Products reception, Banquet & Ball and Spotlight Sale hors d’oeuvres

Founding Sponsor ($1,500 – $3,999)

Founding Sponsors may fund individual events such as the Welcome Dinner, Products Reception, Awards Banquet, Spotlight Sale Reception, Youth Banquet or a specialized event suggested by the sponsor.

Includes:

  • Prominent exhibit space in the vendor area with up to three complimentary vendor tables
  • A full-page space on inside front or outside back cover of programs
  • Name & Logo printed on tote bags given to all attendees
  • Company banner installed in a specified area
  • Company logo and website link on convention website

Event Sponsor ($750 – $1499)

Event Sponsors funds will be used to pay for programming and event costs. Event Sponsors may share sponsorship with another Event Sponsor. Some events that can be covered are the Welcome Dinner, Products Reception, Awards Banquet, Spotlight Sale Reception and Youth Banquet.

Includes:

  • Prominent exhibit space equal to two vendor tables
  • A full-page space in the convention program
  • Company name printed on tote bags given to attendees
  • Company banner installed in specified area Company logo and website link on convention website
  • Registration badge giving access to vendor, hospitality and Spotlight Sale areas
Premier Sponsor ($500-$749)

The Premier Sponsor’s donation is used to pay overall costs of the convention unless otherwise specified.

Includes:

  • One free vendor table
  • A half-page listing in the convention program
  • Company name printed on tote bags given to attendees

Contributing Sponsor ($350-$499)
